    410 Flight move to Glider Pilot Camp, Watchet, Somerset
    523 Flight move to "G" Squadron Camp, Collesbourne, Glos.
    11S/Sgt Halliday A. 177067 Crash landed near Ludlow having
    been towed into cloud and C.A.I. not working. No injuries to
    crew, but Glider written off.
    2323 Flight move to R.A.F. Sleap on attachment to co-operate
    with R.A.F. in teaching O.T.U. Crews Glider-towing.
    2410 Flight move to Shrewton for Tiger Moth flying.
    19-29Glider Pilots proceeded on Operational Trips with Stirling
    Crews for Operational experience. This was cancelled on
    29th July 44, by order of Commander Glider Pilots.
    31"G" Squadron VIII under Lieut. Palmer came 4th out of 9 in
    an inter Station rifle competition held at R.A.F. Harwell.
    1-31Normal routine training and Flying has been carried out
    throughout the month by the remaining Flights -9 and 24,
    who are both standing by.
