    Capt. R.P.P. Smyly relinquished appointment of Adjutant on
    promotion to A/Major and assumed appointment of Sqn Leader of
    B Sqn vice Major A.W. Read (KIA).
    Major G.H.P. Strakosch posted to 8 Corps as G2 (learner) and
    S.O.S. of the Regt.
    Capt. W.L. Warren promoted Major and appointed Sqn Ldr C
    Sqn vice Major Strakosch.
    Lt. K. Black promoted A/Capt and appointed O.C. 'A' Echelon
    vice Capt. J.A. Bucknill (KIA).
    T/Capt. S.H. Gill posted to HQ 8 Corps as A.D.C. to Lt.Gen
    O'Connor.
    Capt. B.C.H. Eyes (2 i/c A Sqn) transferred to RHQ and
