soldiers died. the British Army fought for 34 days.

VILLAGE OF BIEVILLE-BEUVILLE
as a tribute to all soldiers. dead or still alive. was inaugurated on
JUNE 4th 1994
to commemorate
THE 50th ANNIVERSARY OF D-DAY
