Bridge over the river Dives, Robehomme

This bridge over the river Dives was dropped into the river in 1944 to delay German forces, It was later repaired but some damage is still visible.

The bridge has a plaque

Which translates to

At the dawn of June 6, 1944

TOOK THIS BRIDGE WITH HELP
FROM THE "1 CANADIAN PARA BN"
