The D-Day Experience is an authentic C-47 that has been converted into a high tech immersive flight simulator. The simulator relives the channel crossing taken by the paratroopers for DDay and the heavy flak fire they experienced in the skies over Normandy.
The museum also contains an impressive collection of airborne items including weapons, uniforms and equipment.
Entrance to Dead Man's Corner Museum is included with a D-Day Experience ticket and is at the same location.
