    War Diary: 241 Provost Coy

    Month and year: May 1944

    The May 1944 war diary of 241 Provost Company records preparations in England for the forthcoming invasion of Normandy. The unit took part in Exercise Fabius and other training activities while stationed in marshalling areas, alongside conferences and inspections related to Operation Overlord. The month ended with camps sealed and the company fully marshalled for the impending operation.
