A last straw was the long list of code words issued by Corps. Most of these were covered by slidex cards already. Map references could have been used instead of code words for place names. Code words were compromised by D + 2.
No apology is made for the length of this report which has been made possible by the employment of the unit as “RANVILLE DISTRICT SIGNALS"!
