7 Armd moved fwd thro' 151 Bde to capture high ground South or HOTTOT 8265 - incl JUVIGNY 8466 with rt flank protection by 231 Bde and 61 Recce Regt and left flank protection by 8 Armd Bde and 69 Bde.
Enemy attacked 846686. Fighting in NE corner of ST PIERRE. Counter attack by 24, L restored sit.
1000 47 RM Cdo passed to under comd 2 Army.
1240 Enemy attack at 842709 repulsed.

Fighting all day on 8 Armd Bde front ending with ST PIERRE re-taken.

Last light locns -69 Bde unchanged.
151 Bde unchanged with slight contact with isolated enemy gps.
231 Bde area 775775 in contact with 1 US Div at SUBLES.
2 Devons fwd tps 7875.

8 Armd Bde HQ, 4/7 DG, 24 L, 1 Dorset at 851705 SRY and 8 DLI at 851705 (?) with contact 7 Armd Div.

Boundary between Pz Lehr and 12 SS Hitler Jugend appears to be 92 grid.
